What exactly do I get for $5,000?

Is the $5,000 a one-time payment?
Yes. It is paid in three parts: $1,000 saves your spot, $2,000 starts the website build, and $2,000 is due when setup is finished. Pay it all now and it's $4,800. You save $200. Your first $349 annual software fee is due one year after you join.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website and its code belong to you permanently, even if you leave Jumpbook.
Do you write all the website content?
Yes. We write and optimize your homepage, rental descriptions, category pages, and service area pages within the agreed package limits.
What if I have more than 150 rentals?
Additional items and pages can be quoted separately.
Do I have to move everything myself?
No. We help migrate your inventory, pricing, and customer information. We also provide guidance for entering upcoming bookings.
Can I see Jumpbook before buying?
Absolutely. We can walk you through the software before you make your decision.
Is training included?
Yes. One personalized onboarding and training session is included.
How long does the website take?
We'll provide an estimated completion timeline after reviewing your project requirements and materials. We don't guarantee a fixed launch date.
Can I host my own website?
Yes. You can use GitHub and Vercel, or choose Jumpbook-managed hosting for $10 a month.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes, at no additional charge. Or we can handle unlimited changes to existing content and design for $49 a month.
What happens if I stop paying the annual software fee?
Software access is suspended after the seven-day grace period. Your website remains yours.
Can I transfer my membership?
Yes, when selling your entire party rental business, provided the new owner accepts the existing terms.
